Directory Report implements the equivalent of the Linux touch
You can select one or multiple files/directories
It will then set the modified date to the current date/time

If you select a directory, then you have the option to touch all files/subdirectories

If you touch over 100 files, then a progress dialog will be shown so you track how long to completion
